Liquid Aeration
The aeration service allows fertilizer, water and air to quickly reach the root zone. This can help create healthier roots and a thicker, more beautiful lawn. This product eases surface tension in the soil by breaking down dense particles and loosening them up. This results in reduced soil compaction, improved drainage, greater fertilizer uptake and overall better soil conditions. This treatment also eliminates some of the drawbacks of a mechanical aeration, no more unsightly soil cores scattered on your lawn!
How does it work?
We offer our aeration twice a year, either in the late spring or early fall. This service is a liquid spray, so you won't see any evidence of the treatment immediately. This is a treatment that would benefit from being heavily watered in. We recommend this treatment twice a year, both spring and fall.  If you are planning to over seed, after an aeration would be a great time to do so!

General Over Seeding
We use a blend of 40% Kentucky bluegrass, 20% touchdown bluegrass, 30% creeping red fescue and 10% perennial ryegrass. Our seed is a special blend that works well in this area of Ontario. This service can be done in the spring and/or the fall, depending on weather conditions. We recommend watering every day for at least two weeks after seed has been put down.
How does it work?
The general over seeding that we offer is used to thicken up an already existing turf. Our technicians use a seed spreader to ensure full coverage over the entire lawn. There is no need to put down a top-dressing after this treatment, as the seeds come out of the spreader they are lodged into the soil.

Core Aeration
The aeration service removes small soil cores allowing fertilizer, water and air to quickly reach the root zone. This can help create healthier roots and a thicker, more beautiful lawn. We recommend having this service at least once every other year. This application is also suggested if your soil is compacted or the lawn has bad thatch build up. Our aerators are the same professional machines used by many top golf courses and our technicians are thoroughly trained on them.
How does it work?
We offer our aeration twice a year, either in the late spring or early fall. The ground cannot be to hard or dry for the aeration to properly work. Once the service is completed, you should see small cores of soil scattered throughout the lawn, these can take a couple of days to break down but are healthy and will not cause any damage. If you are planning to over seed, after an aeration would be a great time to do so!
